While accelerating macro bodies in electromagnetic accelerators a phenomenon of velocity restriction for the body being accelerated, was found out. One of the reasons of such restriction is a change of a contact character between the body being accelerated and accelerator electrodes. The problem of arising liquid film on contacting surfaces and its influence on acceleration process, is solved.
