An analytical method is proposed to solve the thermal conductivity equation in a quasi-steady state for an unbounded cylinder under transient periodic conditions of heat exchange with the surroundings. The method is based on the time expansion of the sought temperature function in Fourier series. The results of calculations using the derived relation are presented, and their analysis is carried out. The solution reliability is confirmed by comparison with the results of numerical simulation.
