A problem on inherent motion is considered for the rotated fluid partially filling a cylindrical tank and bleeding from it through the solid bottom. The problem is solved in quasi-stationary statement within the framework of the ideal fluid model with consideration for hydraulic losses due to the fluid bleeding through the container bottom. The eigenvalues spectrum is studied and characteristics of the fluid wave motion are revealed. Results of computing the wave numbers and complex damping factor are given.
