Based on splitting the mixed integral Fourier transformation kernel with further using the integral Gankel transformation both applied for spatial variables, the analytically closed solution of the 2-D axis-symmetrical problem on non-stationary heating of isotropic semi-space is obtained under the rotation friction for a circular source. The source has a specific power of heat build-up on the thermal contact with linear dependence on temperature. An area of the thermal contact and an angular speed of the source rotation are varying with time change. The derived theoretical results have been used for investigation of the particular features of the stationary temperature field in the semi-space under the friction of rotation with the constant angular speed of the circular source with a radius that does not vary with time change.
