Design of Electro-hydraulic Automatic Drive with Uncertain and Non-steady Loads for Output Link

A problem to select the structure and parameters of electro-hydraulic automatic drive with optimal dynamical characteristics under condition of uncertainty and non-steadiness of a load acting on the output link is considered. The etalon linear model of the drive is created. The non-linear mathematical model of characteristics of the automatic drive is developed for two kinds of hydrocylinders: symmetrical and differential one. While analyzing the stability of the electro-hydraulic drive the influence of change of the load for the output link is estimated. A procedure of the robust design in respect to the load for the output link is prepared.
