Theory and working method of accuracy loss prediction for machine tools with sliding guides are given. The theory is based on new methods arid algorithms of PC-simulation of contacting and wearing guides during machine tool factory operation, alteration of motion trajectory of moving working heads with cutting tool. An example of practical realization of machine tool prediction with estimated reliability according to the value of deviation from linearity of the support coordinate displacement trajectories, is presented.
