A new approach to analyse disturbances caused by manufacturing process factors in welding the shell-type constructions, is proposed. The mathematical model is considered for geometry variations in the shell construction welded edges under action of tooling jig forces. The relationships are derived to estimate the additional stresses caused in the shell by its fixing.
