A process of blanking of thin-sheet aluminum by elastic working tool is considered. Finite element models are constructed which describe the process of parting the blank by elastic working tool for thin-sheet metals. Theoretical calculations are performed and pictures of fields of displacements, strains and stresses are obtained.
