The Universe model is proposed, and on its base a dependence of Hubble parameter (ratio of the remote Galaxies escape velocities to the distances to them) on the observed escape velocity. The obtained results allow to compute the Hubble parameter values for relatively small distances where Hubble parameter can be observed astronomically. The results also show that Hubble parameter is not constant, they allow to estimate distances to the most remote objects; they also reveal the objects of astronomic observations being most interesting to be studied.
