Results of experimental study and development of the pulse laser micro-injector of erosion type with two-cascade mechanism of generation and heating of working substance are given. The injector’s scheme provides two consistent (by spectral and energetic and dynamic parameters/characteristics) laser pulses acting on the solid-state ablating target. This implementation of two sequential stages of generation (laser ablation) and radiation and gas- dynamic heating of the working substance in the injector chambers yields high values of the flow monochromaticity coefficient and also efficiency of converting the laser radiation energy to the kinetic energy with precise metering of mass flow rate.
