Nonstationary hydrodynamic vortex flows of a liquid or gaseous medium are considered, which cause pressure pulsations in the flowing part of pipelines with complex spatial configuration. The method is substantiated, which makes it possible to predict values of pressure pulsation amplitudes of the liquid or gaseous medium caused by nonstationary hydrodynamic vortex flows.
