The theory of nonstationary laminar boundary layer is stated on the basis of universal differential variable equation system form solved by means of the enhanced transforming methods of the universally adopted boundary layer equations. The various border line problem statements of a nonstationary boundary layer are studied, variable type equation solutions are investigated.
