Analytical methods of building the multi-unit finite-difference mesh designated for computation of streamlining and heating of descending spacecrafts are given. Advantages and drawbacks of various mesh configurations are analyzed. Examples of computation meshes are given for three forms of spacecrafts: Pathfinder (USA), Mars Sample Return Orbiter (MSRO, European Space Agency) and segmental-conical spacecraft (Russia).
