A problem of optimization of motion control is considered for the development stage of the doublepurpose multi-stage flying vehicle. The optimization of forward movement, optimization of spatial turns and organization of motion along the transverse axes were chosen as trends of solving the problem. Algorithms implementing the offered approaches are given.
