Results are given of investigations of thermal state of solid state precision programmable device for thermal conditioning of microquantities of liquid for medical and biological studies (of DNA amplifier). Two methods of numerical simulation have been developed for conducting investigations: one of them is based on the one-dimensional model and another, the refined one, is based on the three-dimensional model. The methods allow solving various problems of modernizing the constructive parameters and developing new devices of the similar kind.
