The influence of mirror and diffusion constituents of a signal reflected from the underlying surface on a precision of measuring angular coordinates of a low flying target is determined. In summarized and differential polar diagrams, it is offered to synthesize zeros in direction towards the diffusion reflection area in the region of radio horizon where a tracking error increases.
