The problem on determination of teeth profiles of the worm-modular milling tool in the normal cross-section is considered for gear milling of correctional straight-toothed pinion cutters, at which a high accuracy of the teeth profiles of a pinion cutter in the face cross-section is provided. The problem is solved using the imitating computer simulation. The regression equations are derived for definition of angles of profiles for the left and right sides of a tooth of the special worm-modular milling tool.
