The mathematical model of hardening the prepreg based on the carbon fabric and the ENFB binder is presented, which allows one to predict the prepreg parameters such as the hardening degree, the complex viscosity of the system, and the gel-formation temperature. The calculated parameters of the process kinetics and reology obtained on the basis of the developed model agree well with experimental data.
