Procedure of Optimization of Technology of Multi-layer Welding Based on Mathematical Model of Creation of Weldability Factors for Low-alloyed Steels

A contemporary approach to determination of optimal values of technological parameters for multi-layer welding is considered. Issues of formalization of the design object are discussed. An algorithm is presented for the complex analysis of technologic variants of welding by means of simulation of all processes running in the metal. A mathematical statement of the problem is formulated and an algorithm of a procedure of synthesis of the design option is offered as applied to a way of welding in the protective gases medium.
