Results are presented of measuring the ion beam current, mass efficiency, ion current proportion in the charge current and also the charge current distribution in elements of the "Radical" technological accelerator. It is shown that the energetic and mass efficiency of such an accelerator is significantly lower than that of the ion-plasmous engine of the same design with anode layer.
