Results of experimental study of processes of heat exchange and hydro-dynamics in channels of micro heat-exchangers designed for cooling and thermo stating of special electronic devices (miniature photo-resistors) are given. Dependences obtained in the result of experimental data processing allow one to perform calculations of the heat exchange and hydraulic resistance for the like micro heat-exchangers with micro-channels of a complex form to determine their overall dimensions on the basis of the specified parameters of the device under cooling.
