Requirements are theoretically substantiated for microcontrollers developed in the Bauman Moscow State Technical University which are suitable for controlling the multifunctional device of diagnostics and failure prediction of turbomolecular pumps for crucial objects of nuclear technology, electronic and vacuum instrument engineering for physical research.
