We carried out the research of scientific and industrial enterprises working in the field of microelectronic technologies and detected the main parameters influencing the value of production capacity. We developed a system of models for different situations, as well as models for assessing the production capacity for projects of creation a new enterprise, finding the necessary investments to fulfill an order, and searching for the optimal purchase porttfolio. First, we examined various models of the production capacity of the enterprise, then, we clarified the concept of production capacity, and conducted a comparative analysis of approaches to modeling. Finally, we tested the models according to the example of the microtechnology department of the Research Institute for System Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
