Influence of geometrical non-linearty on scale factor when thin peelings destruction

On the basis of energetic approach in the field of destruction mechanics the thin peeling destruction model is considered taking into account geometrical non-linearity. Such a model gives possibility to describe the scale effect consisting in destruction character change when reaching a critical value of the peeling thickness. It is shown that with regard to geometrical non-linearity the peeling thickness value increases for the same load.
