Methodological bases are presented for design analysis of dynamics and strength of withdrawn structures of the launch system equipment subjected to action of the gasdynamical jet of the launch-vehicle propulsion unit. Aspects of physical simulation of the withdrawn structures and loads acting on them and also problems of mathematical simulation of processes that proceed in equipment during the launching of a launch vehicle are considered. Examples of physical simulation and results of design analysis of the withdrawn structures of the launch system equipment are given for the Soyuz family of launch vehicles.
