Mechanical properties of highly-porous cellular aluminum on the basis of aluminum alloy AK7 with spherical type pores are considered. The properties of the cellular aluminum, foam-aluminum and aluminum alloy with punched volume on the basis of D16T are compared. The obtained compaction diagrams of the cellular aluminum allowed one to estimate its shock-absorbing properties.
