The feasibility to describe the anisotropy effect and loosening effect accompanying it is shown. A procedure of the quantitative estimation of these effects based on results of testing with the planar stressed state is given. A mathematical model of the medium is stated for predicting mechanical properties of the material under study in other stressed states.
