A feasibility of diagnosing technical status of elements of the polygraphic machine drive with the help of methods of vibroacoustic diagnostics using artificial neuron networks is shown by example of the mechanism of the rocking table drive of BNSh-6 automation. Experimental studies have been conducted with application of modern computer technologies, methods of digital spectral analysis of signals. It is shown that the suggested algorithm enables the correct determination of a degree of wear of the mechanism under study as well as that an expansion of dimension of input series of artificial neuron networks by means of addition of nominal variables allows enhancing the assurance of network replies and slightly increasing the recognition reliability. Based on the conducted study, a technique of polygraphic machine drive diagnostics without disassembling is offered.
