The study deals with the methods of creating directed radiation fluxes with intensities described by Lambertian phase functions over a finite solid angle. We describe radiation and optical layouts for diffuse emitter modules simulating external thermal loading. These modules comprise disks or ribbons that emit diffuse radiation over a hemispherical solid angle, as well as specular reflectors the surfaces of which can be represented by a paraboloid of revolution and a parabolic cylinder with specific geometrical properties of their directrices. It is possible to develop basic layouts of optical devices for creating radiant fluxes with specific directional properties, using various combinations of the methods described
